Challengers Swim Club lessons started again in December thanks to generous funding from Comic Relief and the David Williamson Trust and we still have spaces! We concentrate on building confidence and skills while having fun supported by lots of Challengers staff in the water.

Our very own swim teacher (called Christine who has loads of experience teaching disabled children and lots of teaching qualifications) is looking forward to meeting you. To book call now 01483 230 939.

Swim Club times

Evening Lessons
Beginner: 6.00pm – 6.30pm
Improver: 6.30pm – 7pm
Advanced: 7.00pm – 7.30pm
Lunch time Lessons
Beginners: 12pm – 12.30pm
Intermediate: 12.30pm – 1pm
Advanced: 1pm – 1.30pm

Swimming Lessons must be booked in advanced, cost £4 per lesson and children must be accompanied by parents/guardians during the lesson (not necessarily in the water but on site).

Fun Swim
As well as lessons, Challengers take over the Guildford Spectrum Leisure Pool once a month; just for disabled children and young people their friends and families. Entry is by donation (suggested donation in a minimum of £2/swimmer). Just turn up and swim – you do not need to book for Fun Swim. Children must be accompanied by an adult or carer.
