Play schemes

Challengers playschemes are for children ages 4-12 and run at weekends, after school and in school holidays all through the year at Challengers Playcentres and community venues. We are an Independent Childrens Charity. We rely on voluntary donations and partnerships with other organisations to deliver projects across Surrey to disabled children. To help please click on 'Donate Now', email fundraising@disability-challengers.org or call 01483 230 060.

At Challengers playschemes there are lots of staff so that you can leave your child with us to play and there will always be someone to play with. There are spaces for children who have complex impairments and who need 1:1 support, including children with complex medical conditions. Each playscheme has 'areas' set up for play - including art area, noisy/active play area (bouncy castles, soft play and rough and tumble), outside space for bikes, trikes, go karts, ball games, sand and water play and mucking about and a quiet space for curling up with a book and stories.

CHALLENGERS GUILDFORD PLAYCENTRE, Stoke Park, Guildford

After School Club: Monday – Wednesday, Friday 3.30pm – 6pm £6; Cooked meal £2; School Pick Up £2. School pick up available from Pond Meadow School and Freemantles School. Our Guildford after school club is for disabled children and non-disabled siblings.
Saturdays: full day, 9.30am - 4pm £14; half day, 9.30am - 12.30pm or 1pm - 4pm £7
School holidays (Half Term, Easter, Summer): 9.30am - 4pm £14; 9.30am - 12.30pm or 1pm - 4pm £7
Sunday Play Days: Every Sunday during term time, 10.30am - 3pm £4/child

All children welcome at this inclusive day for disabled and non-disabled children. Come along with your child and their friends, bring a picnic and stay all day enjoying the Guildford Playcentre. No need to book!
