Anne Milton praises Disability Challengers!
Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Public Health and Guildford MP, Anne Milton, recently praised Challengers in the House of Commons. She made the comments during a debate around Health Services for Disabled Children, taking place on the 15th December 2011.
Anne said ‘I should take this opportunity to commend the work of Disability Challengers in my area, which is well supported by people locally and offers an invaluable service to parents.'
Laura Sercombe, CEO of Disability Challengers said: “We were very proud to be mentioned in the House of Commons recently when our MP, Anne Milton made reference to the work of Challengers. We know we couldn’t do what we do without the support of the local community and we know it makes a difference to the children we help and their families but it was fabulous to have such public recognition. Thank you Anne.”
Congratulations to the Lord-Lieutenant of Surrey Sarah Goad JP!
