It is incredibly important that we carefully and critically evaluate every aspect of our play, youth and young adult schemes to make sure that we are providing the very best service possible to all the children, young people and families we support throughout the year – more than 1,200 in 2010.
We know how important Challengers is to so many families, so it is essential that we listen to parents, carers and young people so that we continue to deliver outstanding schemes and to effectively provide what children and young people need. We do this work at parent meetings, engagements activities through to questionnaires – adapting our ‘methods’ so that as many young people and their families get a chance to tell us what they think.
The end result is a compilation of what you have told us – ‘Disability Challengers Review 2010’, covering a vast range of subjects from inclusion to booking systems, scheme transitions and staff training. Please take a look to see how other parents and carers feel about us and how we operate, it’s vital we know what you think.
