Disability Challengers employ hundreds of staff all year round and we're always recruiting for our projects and schemes. We employ more than 250 full time play / youth workers every year across Surrey - we also employ staff to manage schemes, raise money and keep everything going at our centres. Our administrative base is at Challengers Guildford where our full time Play and Leisure, Fundraising and Administrative teams are based. We also employ a full time Play and Youth team based at Challengers Farnham.

Disability Challengers employ a huge range of staff, so what ever you do, what ever your experience is, please call us if you would like to get involved. The nature of our work is all about people and we need lots of people - playing with children, having great ideas that contribute to the experience of the child or young person at Challengers. If you do choose to work at Challengers you will get the chance to meet some amazing young people who you might otherwise never get the chance to meet (the staff are pretty cool too).

Play and youth schemes - play with us!

We are always looking for paid and voluntary Play and Youth Workers at Challengers schemes all across Surrey, every weekend and every school holiday. Play and youth work often suits school and university students, to talk to the Play and Leisure Team call 01483 230 930.

Fundraising

Disability Challengers employ a full time Communications and Fundraising Team based at Guildford who organise events, work with grant-making trusts, corporate partners, individuals and community organisations. To talk to the Communications and Fundraising Team call 01483 230 060.
