Charitable Trusts
Disability Challengers is regularly supported by over 50 trusts and Grant Making Organisations who share our vision. The support of Trusts is absolutely crucial in enabling us to provide more play for disabled children every year.
"We came to hear about Disability Challengers through a parent who highly recommended its services for children and felt them worthy of Hilton in the Community Foundation's support. The charity provides a unique and vital structured play service for disabled children and welcome respite for their families. An initial grant of £4,684 in 2005 for the 'Wicked Weekends' programme was added to by £15,000 of subsequent grants to support the charity's work."
